Harris has partnered with exactEarth Ltd to deliver a real-time global tracking and information solution that optimizes a global satellite constellation for AIS (Automatic Identification system). They offer exactViewTM RT, which is an advanced global ship tracking solution that has continuous global coverage and real-time connectivity for unmatched maritime domain awareness.

Harris Company does take into consideration not only the installment of equipment but also making sure the customer understands how the product is used. There is online training provided and classroom training as well for the product's customer.

There was not much information given on the implementation process or how easily the tool can be set up for the company. However, it is pointed out that the company is welcome to tailor some aspects of the program to better suit the customer. This program seems to be highly compatible with another Harris product, 'Jagwire', which is a data analytical program that "allows users across multiple organizations to quickly find data with advanced discovery and filtering capabilities based on a variety of parameters (Geo-spatial, temporal, and thematic)".

'Exactview' networks satellites together with cross links that consistently communicate with multiple ground stations to deliver data in real time, and offers significant flexibility and re-programmability to adapt to the ever-changing maritime industry.

The Harris Company works heavily with the government and our military. Airports are also one of the customers included. With that being said, security is important and who they relay their product information to. Despite informing the point of contact about the privacy disclosure that was agreed upon and the detailed information on the size and scale of Costco I had given them, they refused to answer any further questions.
