The matrix is broken down into five key components that are weighted based on their importance. Each factor is rated on a one-to-four scale and totaled for a high level view of each companies compatibility.
Capabilities - To what degree does the service meet or exceed the requirements outlined by Costco.
User Friendly - Intuitive and easy to learn and use; how much training is required?
Ease of Implementation - How abrupt is the process of installing their software and how simply can it be utilized in day to day operations?
International Reach - The extent to which they are globally known- does their software have a worldwide reach or is specific to certain borders?
Customer Service - How accessible the representatives from the company are and how affectively they can support Costco with each situation.
